Dominique d’Olne was born on 29th August 1963. He studied at the State University of Liège, Belgium, and graduated with a Master in ancient languages (Latin and Greek).
He has been a journalist since 1986, when he started working for RTBF. From 1986 to 2000 he was a reporter and anchor. He then became Editor in Chief for the regional office of Liège and in 2003 he was appointed Head of Radio News. He’s (or has been) also the editorial coordinator of the Euranet plus radio network (from 2010 to 2017), President of the Radio News Commission at MFP (Médias Francophones Publiques, French speaking public services), member of the “Conseil de déontologie Journalistique” (Journalistic Deontology Council) and Master of Conference at Liège University, from 2008 to 2015 (Radio Journalism).
